GENERAL DESCRIPTION
CESTCHEM 3630 is an effective broad spectrum non-halogenated microbiocide for controlling the growth of slime-forming bacteria, sulfate reducing bacteria and algae in recirculating cooling water systems. It is also effective against Legionella pneumophila, a type of bacteria which is found in the cooling system that can cause harm to human being. ● Compatible with most common scale and corrosion inhibitors, dispersants and chlorine

PRODUCT APPLICATION
CESTCHEM 3630 should be slug feed into the recirculating cooling water system. Frequency of slug treatment is once to three times per week depending on the type of system, the nature and extent of contamination.

DOSAGE AND CONTROL
An initial slug addition of 100 – 200ppm of CESTCHEM 3630 based on the system total volume is recommended for normal condition. For system noticeably fouled, higher dosage of 150 – 300ppm is recommended. The required frequency of addition will depend upon the relative amount of bleed off and the severity of the microbiological problem. Prior to treatment of a cooling system with CESTCHEM 3630, the system should be cleaned thoroughly to remove the existing algae, microbiological slime and other deposits. The system is then drained, flushed and refilled with fresh water, and regular treatment with CESTCHEM 3630 should be initiated.

PRODUCT HANDLING INFORMATION
CESTCHEM 3630 is an acidic solution and corrosive. The product can cause irritation to eyes and skin. Use proper safety apparatus such as goggles and PVC gloves when handling. In case of contact with skin and/or eyes, flush the affected area with plenty of water.

REGULATORY INFORMATION
CESTCHEM 3630 is acceptable for treating cooling and retort water in and around food processing areas. CESTCHEM 3630 is registered with NSF Nonfood Compound Program G5. NSF Registration No. 145830.
