GENERAL DESCRIPTION
CESTCHEM 3615 Non Oxidizing Biocide is a biodegradable biocides with broad spectrum biocidal activity against most species of bacteria fungi and algae in open recirculating cooling water system, air washer and other industrial water system. The active biocidal ingredient in CESTCHEM 3615 penetrates the cell wall of sessile aerobic sessile microorganism to prevent the synthesis of exopolymers that facilitate adhesion and biofilm formation. CESTCHEM 3615 also has the following properties : 1. Non foaming
2. Effective over a wide pH range.
3. Compatible with chlorine, scale and corrosion inhibitors and other treatment chemicals at treatment level.
4. Low toxicity at treatment level.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
CESTCHEM 3615 can be slug dose or fed as dilute solution using metering pump into the cooling tower. PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

DOSAGE AND CONTROL
Dosage depends on the extent of system contamination and degree of control required. System which is heavily contaminated should be cleaned first before dosing. 100-150 ppm of product can be dosed directly into the cooling tower sump or basin or any other location where good distribution can be assured.

PRODUCT HANDLING INFORMATION
Product is corrosive and sensitizer. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Avoid breathing spray mist. Wear goggles, rubber gloves when handling product. CESTCHEM 3615 is stable provided it is stored at cool, dry and well ventilated area. Precaution must be taken to avoid contamination with strong oxidizing and high pH materials.

REGULATORY INFORMATION
CESTCHEM 3615 is acceptable for treating cooling and retort water in and around food processing areas. CESTCHEM 3615 is registered with NSF Nonfood Compound Program G5. NSF Registration No. 145829.
