Selfie by the Atkinson Clock Tower in former Jesselton Town
Using Acrylic paint. It is a first time for me. I have always loved water color. But Acrylic is fun to work with.
This is my imagination of how the Atkinson Clock tower would look like if various plants and trees were allowed to flourish around it.
The Atkinson Clock tower is a heritage building in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, and was constructed in 1905. According to historical data available, it was built in memory of Francis George Atkinson, the first District Officer of Jesselton during the British North Borneo Chartered Company Administration. It is unique, not because it is one of the oldest structure in Kota Kinabalu, but also because it is a full-wood and no nail constructed structure.
